Maintaining high standards

Orchard Court is registered and approved by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the body empowered by the Government to regulate care homes. They inspect Orchard Court regularly to ensure that high standards of care are maintained and the reports they publish on all homes, including Orchard Court, can be viewed on their website www.cqc.org.uk. In addition, Orchard Court is part of the Jasmine Healthcare Limited group. The Directors of Jasmine make regular visits to the home including periodic full scale inspections of all aspects of the care it provides and its management. This supports the Manager of the Home to ensure that the high standards of the group are maintained and that improvements in the service and facilities are continually sought and implemented. In addition, Jasmine has a Care & Training Manager who is responsible for regular audits of inter alia; infection control, care plans, medication, the dignity of care provided and Health & Safety.
Jasmine are extremely proud that all our homes, including Orchard Court, are rated at least 2* good with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
