Quality of care is outstanding

I can't rate Orchard Court high enough. The quality of care is outstanding for my husband who has dementia. The management, carers are always busy but always find time for putting minds at rest. The way they talk to residents is perfect. I can't fault it.
The food and hygiene are excellent.

Totally dedicated to care

This care home, the minute you walk through the door, is a place you want to be. It is warm, welcoming and a vibrant place full of people who are totally dedicated to the people in their care. Each person is treated as an individual and their lives are enhanced accordingly. This is not a care home but a home of love, care and acceptance.

Incredibly friendly and helpful

My dad joined Orchard Court at the start of this year due to the rapid progression of Alzheimer's. The staff at the care home are incredibly friendly and helpful, I have no doubt that my dad is receiving the best care possible as they demonstrate an amazing level of care and patience with activities planned out and thought going into what interests my dad.
They have made a difficult transition for our family so much easier.

Home from Home

When our father moved into the home we didn’t know if he would settle, he did straight away which was a relief to everybody.The staff and management are fantastic and are always there to answer any questions we may have. The activities are on most days, and the food looks very appetising, it really is like home from home, would recommend the home to anyone.
