Home Manager

Our residential care home is led by our experienced Care Home Manager, Tracy Mussett, who supports our qualified team of carers, kitchen and housekeeping team members.
Tracy joined Orchard Court in 2007 as a Care Assistant, before moving into a Senior Carer role. She became Orchard Court’s residential care home Manager in 2012. Tracy manages the home from her heart and considers all of Orchard Court’s residents as members of her extended family. She prides herself on being approachable, caring and understanding while also maintaining strong relationships with residents and their families.
Tracy and the team work tirelessly to provide high quality care with a personal touch and strongly believe that Orchard Court is the residents’ home, with the team members as invited visitors.
Our Team
The care home manager is supported by a deputy manager and team leaders, in order to ensure there is a member of the management team available every day of the week. We believe this is important for the well-being of our residents and the peace of mind of their relatives.
Our Home Managers are assisted by a qualified and experienced care team. The care home team is dedicated to carrying out their duties 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They are committed to making a meaningful difference to the lives of the residents who live at Orchard Court.
Leadership Support Team
The Orchard Court team are supported by the Leadership Support Team with further support from the Jasmine Support Hub team.
Chris Clark – Managing Support Director
As the founder of Jasmine Healthcare, Chris is passionate about insuring Jasmine’s care homes have a positive and meaningful impact upon the lives of both our residents and our team members.
Chris oversees all aspects of the business on a day-to-day basis and sets our company mission, aims, values and business strategy. Additionally, he is the ‘Responsible Individual’ registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Chris previously worked for Hermes, a private equity firm, where he was involved with large acquisitions in the elderly care sector. It was this professional experience, alongside his personal involvement with elderly care homes in relation to two of his close relatives, which led Chris to take up this rewarding vocation. Before working at Hermes, Chris worked at PwC as a chartered accountant, and later in their corporate finance practice.
Catherine Egley – Senior Support Manager
Catherine joined Jasmine in March 2022 on a development plan, which saw her joining Jasmine as a Home Manager at Nightingale Nursing and Care Home. Catherine supported, mentored and developed Deputy Managers to become Registered Managers at both Nightingale and St Andrews. She is now line support manager for five of our homes; St Andrews, Orchard Court, Oxendon House, Avenue House and Nightingale.
Catherine takes pride in leading by example and sharing her knowledge and skills with others. She is a registered Nurse and has a range of experience in care homes and in local communities as a District Nurse, so brings amble expertise and knowledge to Jasmine Healthcare.
Hannah Flint – Compliance Support Manager
Hannah is committed to helping Jasmine achieve our mission, aims and values by continually driving high standards of care and compliance throughout the company.
Hannah overseas our bespoke audits, which cover every aspect of the running of our care homes and are completed at least quarterly across all six homes. These audits are used to highlight any areas of improvements required and, when required, Hannah designs detailed action plans for the homes to implement. She is then responsible for monitoring each plan’s implementation and signing off each action plan upon completion. Any lessons learned and good practices highlighted in the audits are shared with the wider team through monthly meetings to ensure the improvements are embedded within all of our homes. The audit scores are used to produce our detailed monthly Jasmine Compliance Reports to continually monitor our homes in order to achieve the highest standards of care.
Hannah had previously worked as a Care Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Deputy Manager, Home Manager and Regional Support Manager before coming to Jasmine Healthcare in June 2024. She shares her extensive knowledge and experience with the teams to ensure a high standard of care is provided across all of our Jasmine homes.
Leanne Chaisty – People Support Manager
Leanne is committed to helping Jasmine achieve our mission, aims and values by overseeing the recruitment, onboarding and engagement of the Jasmine Team, striving to achieve industry-leading levels of engagement and team retention.
Leanne ensures all homes receive the support needed to achieve all of Jasmine’s aims, with our people at the core of those efforts. Regular recruitment, onboarding, engagement and people reports are produced and shared to ensure the required areas of focus are highlighted, with a clear plan for improvement when required.
Leanne has 11 years of HR experience across a number of sectors, bringing extensive knowledge and experience to Jasmine Healthcare.
